YSR Aarogyasri Card 2024

Aarogyasri Card Objective
The Andhra Pradesh government would be able to provide various financial aids to those who are unable to pay their medical bills on time or cannot have procedures due to financial hardship by implementing the Aarogyasri Scheme. Covid-19’s Inclusion in the Aarogyasri Program
As you are all aware, a patient will receive Rs 200000 in medical coverage under the Aarogyasri scheme. The Telangana government has chosen to incorporate covid-19 therapy into this program. All beneficiaries will now receive covid-19 treatment through the aarogyasri program at all government hospitals. In the following phase, private hospitals will begin to receive coverage for COVID-19 under this program. Only government hospitals are currently covered by the Telangana government’s decision to provide Covid-19 treatment through the aarogyasri scheme, which was originally intended for all public and private institutions. This plan will apply to all virally-induced fevers kinds. In addition, this program will be relevant for illnesses that produce severe fever, such as dengue, malaria, typhoid, swine flu, etc. Under Aarogyasri, 949 diseases are currently being treated. This program provides benefits to almost 77.10 lakh cardholders.
Aarogyasri Card Features

- Protection for critical disease treatment of Rs. 2 lakh
- Benefits of an additional Rs. 50000 if the costs exceed 1.5 lakh
- 938 surgical and medicinal procedures are covered.
- Treatment for ailments of the heart, liver, kidney, lungs, pancreas, and pediatric congenital deformities
Aarogyasri Health Scheme Eligibility Criteria
You must meet the following eligibility requirements to receive benefits under the YSR Aarogyasri Scheme in 2020:
- The applicant’s total land area, including wet and dry land, must be less than 35 acres.
- With an annual income of over Rs 5 lakh, outsourcing, contract, part-time, and sanitation workers are also eligible.
- The applicant must have fewer than 3000 SFT in municipal property tax-paying families (334 sq. Yds).
- The applicant is not qualified for the program if they own more than one vehicle.
- The candidate may also be a private sector employee working in the public sector or an honorary compensation employee.
- Additionally eligible are families that file income taxes up to Rs 5 lakh.
