15th June Update:- DDA offers 5,000 flats under First Come First Served housing scheme
There is good news for the residents as soon the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will be offering 5,000 flats under Phase IV of its First Come First Served (FCFS) housing scheme. On Wednesday, the DDA issued a statement mentioning that they will soon offer 40-50 High Income Group (HIG) houses in Jasola. Around 150 Middle Income Group (MIG) houses in Narela and 50 in Dwarka will also be available for the people. More flats will be put for sale for the Lower Income Group (LIG) category such as 1,500 flats in Rohini, 120 in Siraspur, and 140 flats in Loknayak Puram.
For the EWS (Economically Weaker Section), over 900 flats will be available for people to purchase. In Rohini, the houses will be ranging from Rs 14.15 lakh and Rs 41.11 lakh, and flats in the Loknayak Puram will be costing between Rs 27.5 lakh and Rs 28.5 lakh. The lower priced flats will be available in Siraspur, ranging between Rs 17.5 lakh and Rs 17.75 lakh. Flats for the Economically Weaker Section will range between Rs 7.91 lakh to Rs 12.42 lakh.
