- Now enter all the required details.
- Select the district, RDO, taluk, village, Desam, land type
- After that enter the block number, survey number, survey sub-division number, resurvey number, re-survey sub-division number

Documents Required for Registration

- First of all, go to the official website of IGR Kerala i.e., https://igr.kerala.gov.in/
- The homepage of the website will open on the screen
- Click on the Online Applications option
- A new website will open on your screen
- Click on the Online Document Details Entry
- Now, enter the login details to get logged in to your registered account
- If you have not registered then register yourself first
- You will have to register first if you have not logged in
- Once you are successfully logged in, select the time slot for property registration. After that, you need to visit the SRO office on select the time slot
- After selecting the time slot, the transaction Type Selection window will open on the screen
- Now, choose the transaction type carefully
- After that, enter the presenter, property, witness, stamp, and document details
- Proceed further and select the preferred payment mode and make an online payment
- After successful payment, print the acknowledgment slips that have the details like the reference number of the department, date time, and place of presentation.
Registration Fees
