About JK HRMS Portal
The UT government has introduced JKHRMS i.e., Jammu & Kashmir Human Resource Management System, a web-based system, to offer simple access to all services linked to employees on one platform. On October 17, 2022, this portal will go live and be accessible. This portal provides an integrated platform for various employee-related services like maintaining the service book in comparison to the employees’ digital service records, postings, and promotions.
The site will serve as a centralized location for access to service-related information as well as salary slip, GP fund, income tax statement, SLI subscriptions, etc. The proposed Jammu & Kashmir Human Resource Management System (JKHRMS) has been connected with the service-related information like basic information, initial appointment, joining, qualification, contact, posting, promotion details, etc. of all the workers working in the UT of J&K.

- All J&K workers’ service-related information, including basic information, initial appointment/joining, qualification, contact, posting, promotion data, and more, has been incorporated into the projected KHRMS through Portal, the Centralized Personnel Information System.
- JKHRMS enables employee registration and service information verification.
- Another advantage for several government departments is that the Jammu & Kashmir Human Resource Management System JKHRMS relies on precise and current personnel data.
- Additionally, employee-friendly lessons on registration, correction forms, etc. will be available online.
- The employee must complete the Dashboard Correction Form and submit it to DDO for approval if the information on the dashboard is inaccurate or out-of-date.

Steps to Register on the JK HRMS Portal
To Register on the portal, applicants need to follow the below-given steps:
- First of all, go to the official website of the portal i.e., https://hrms.jk.gov.in/
- The homepage of the website will open on the screen
- The home page will open on your Screen
- Click on the Register New User link
- A new page will open on the screen
- Now, enter all the required details like Cpisid, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
- Enter the received OTP in the specified space and then set your desired password
- However, the password must be as per the guidelines i.e.,
- The password must be:
- Minimum 8 Characters long
- Must have One digit (0-10)
- Must have One Capital letter (A-Z)
- Must have One Small Letter (a-z),
- Must have One Special Character out of (@, #, $, ~)
- Now, click on the Register button
- After successful registration, the login details will be sent to your registered mobile number
- Save the login details for future reference
Steps to Login

- The homepage of the website will open on the screen
- Under the login window, enter the username and the password
- After that, enter the captcha code
- Finally, click on the Login button to get logged in to your registered account
Raise a Request for Data Updation
- First of all, go to the official website of portal i.e., https://hrms.jk.gov.in/
- The homepage of the website will open on the screen
- Now login with your details.
- After successful login, on the left menu bar click on the correction form option.
- Select each form from the list display.
- Now the selected form will be displayed on the screen in a pop-up form.
- Make the necessary corrections like a photograph, along with the skin copies of the promotion’s first appointment, etc.
- Check the given data carefully and submit it to the DDO.
