MHADA Pune has launched the online lottery for 4744 homes in Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad, Solapur, and Kolhapur. Out of the 4744 units available, 2092 will be awarded as part of the 20% Comprehensive Housing Scheme by the MHADA lottery for Pune in 2022. There will be residences available through the 20 percent program in buildings built by private developers in the lottery. They range in size from 320 to 430 square feet and are suitable for informal parties. They will be spread among several locations, including Baner, Fursungi, Kasba Peth, Keshavnagar, Kharadi, Lohgaon, Mamurdi, Mohammadwadi, Mundhwa, Pashan, Punawale, Tathawade, Thergaon, Wadhmukhwadi, Wagholi, Wakad, and Yerwada. MHADA Pune Lottery 2023 Registration Starts on 5th January 2023
As per the latest available sources, the Maharashtra Housing Development Authority has started the MHADA Pune Lottery 2023 Registration from 5th January through its official website https://housing.mhada.gov.in/. Applicants who wish to get a house at a reasonable cost in Maharashtra need to register through the official website. Users can also apply for the lottery through the Mhada housing lottery system application. The application is available on the App Store for both iPhone and Android users.
Launch of the CM’s Online Lottery for 5,211 Homes
The online lottery for 5,211 homes in Pune was launched on the second day of the Monsoon Session by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis (MHADA). A computerized draw was conducted for 278 MHADA units in the Vidhan Bhawan committee hall, 2,845 of which were first-come, first-served, and 2,088 of which were part of the 20% total housing scheme. Sonia Sethi, Milind Mhaiskar, the vice president of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), and other guests were there.

MHADA Pune Lottery Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for lottery are as follows:
- The applicant’s age must be at least 18.
- A PAN card is required for the applicant.
- The candidate must possess a Domicile Certificate.
- The candidate is eligible to apply for Middle Salary Group (MIG) flats if his or her monthly income is between Rs 50,001 and Rs 75,000.
- Lower Income Group (LIG) flats are available to applicants whose monthly income is between Rs 25,001 and Rs 50,000.
- The candidate may also apply for Higher Salary Group (HIG) flats if his or her monthly income is Rs. 75,000 or more.

Lottery Registration
- First of all, go to the official website of MHADA Pune
- The homepage of the website will open on the screen
- Click on the Register button
- The registration form will open on the screen
- Now, select a username, choose a password and save it for future reference.
- After that, verify your mobile number and submit the form
- Now, a new page will open on the screen
- Enter your monthly income, bank account details, and applicant’s photo to apply for the lottery
- After that, click on the confirm button
- Now, verify all the details and submit the registration form
Application Form Filling
- Once the MHADA approves the user’s photo identification, the user will be able to apply for the scheme
- Select the desired housing scheme from the lottery
- Now, fill in all the required details like income group, scheme code, and reservation category
- After that, enter the present accommodation and income details correctly
- Finally, click on the Submit button
Making Payment
- Applicants need to make the payment against the selected lottery scheme
- The candidate must print the application form and download the receipt of acknowledgment.
- The applicant’s picture should be attached to the MHADA lottery application form, scanned, and saved as a JPEG.
- Upload a scanned copy of the acknowledgment receipt.
- To make the payment, click the “Pay Online” option.
