This portal has been launched specially for Government employees to provide their services through online mode. Process To Download Salary Slip Via JKPAYSYS
- To download the pay slip you have to visit the official website of the Payment System (PaySys) Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
- From the homepage of the portal, you have to visit the login section and login with the portal.
- The user dashboard will appear on the screen from where you have to click on the pay slip option
- Now you need to select the year and month for which you desire to get your pay slip.
- Submit the details and your pay slip will appear on the computer screen.
JK Employee Login Procedure
- To log in you have to visit the official website of the Payment System (PaySys) Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
- From the home page of the portal, you have to go to the login section.
- Now you need to enter your username, password & capture code shown on the screen.
- Click on the login option and the user dashboard will appear on the computer screen.
Process To Recover Your Password
- To recover your password, you have to visit the official website of the Payment System (PaySys) Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
- From the homepage of the portal, you have to visit the login section and click on forget password option.
- A new page will appear on the screen where you have to enter the following details
- Username
- Email ID
- Captcha code
- Click on send OTP option and you will receive an email along with the OTP.
- Enter the OTP in the given space on the screen and click on submit button.
- Now you can create new password and re-enter the same.
- Click on the save button and your new password is ready to use.
Procedure To Create User Login For JKPAYSYS
To create a user log in, you have to submit the application form. You can download the application form from the official website by following the few steps mentioned here:
- To download you have to visit the official website of the Payment System (PaySys) Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
- From the homepage of the portal, you have to visit the notification section.
- Now you have to look for the “Request form for Paysys Login (By PAO)” & “Request form for Paysys Login (By DDO)” link
- Click the link and a PDF file will appear with the form.
- Download the application form and take a printout of it.
- Fill in the significant details in the application and submit it to the concerned authority.
Procedure To Unlock User (Checker)
- You have to visit the official website of the Payment System (PaySys) Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
- From the homepage of the portal, you have to visit the notification section.
- Now you have to look for Unlock User(Checker) link
- Click the link and a new page will appear on the screen.
- Now you need to user ID, mobile number, tan number/ last four digit of bank account number.
- Click on reset option and you can reset the details.

- Now you have to look for the Know Your CpisId link
- Click the link and a new page will appear on the screen.
- You have to enter your date of birth, PAN number, Gpf No/NPS No, and the verification code shown on the screen.
- Click on the show option and the information you are looking for will appear on the screen.

- You have to visit the official website of the Payment System (PaySys) Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
- From the homepage of the portal, you have to look for Employees of JK UT who can download and install the app to know about monthly salary details. Download Paysys Mobile App(MeraVetan) link.
- A new page will open on the screen from where you have to click on download option.
- Let the application download and install it in your mobile phone.
