The Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission seeks to place 20 lakh individuals in gainful employment over the next four years in a variety of industries and occupations. Training for Personality Development
The Personality Development Training (PDT) module is made to help job seekers develop their personalities overall while focusing on workplace communication and interpersonal skills. All job seekers who want to improve their language proficiency and professional skills are encouraged to attend this program.
Program for Work Readiness
Before the interview, KKEM intends to provide work preparedness training to the job applicants. A free work readiness program will be made available to job seekers who will go through the placement process through the DWMS portal before the interview process. The module contains lessons on interview etiquette, confidence development, group discussions, practice interviews, and other topics that will assist the job seeker in showing up to the interview with confidence.
Internship for Career Support
The goal of the Career Support Internship Program is to connect job seekers with employers. The final-year undergraduates and postgraduates, as well as students who graduated within the last two years of study as Career Support Executives, are all accepted into the three-month internship program.
