18 April 2024 Update: The RTE Admission Maharashtra registration process has started
Admission in more than 75,000 schools in Maharashtra for 2024-25 under the Right to Education Act (2009) began on Tuesday. Under RTE, 25 percent of seats in all schools are reserved for students from economically and socially handicapped backgrounds, and applications for this are invited at the beginning of the year. This time more than 9,72,823 seats are vacant in 75,974 schools of the state. Parents can apply online by visiting the website. The process of giving admission on 25 percent reserved seats under RTE has started from April 16. How to Apply for Maharashtra RTE Admission 2024-25
- To apply for admission, you must complete the following steps:
- Go to the Maharashtra Government’s School Education and Support Department’s official website.
- Before submitting the application form, read the notice by clicking “Notification for RTE 25% Reservation” and then “18/1/2020-RTE 25% Notification.”
- You must now select the “Online Application” option from the home page.
- If you are not already a member of the site, select “New Registration.”
