About Sampann Pension Management System
Pensioners are facing many difficulties including delay in disbursement of the first pension due to time taken in the physical movement of PPO from sanctioning authorities, delay in payment of arrears of pension after revision, wrong disbursement of pension due to error and painful recovery in the current distribution system of Pension. Considering this in mind, authorities have decided to launch a seamless pension processing system through integrated software. This software is known as Sampann Pension Management System. It is an initiative of the Department of Telecommunication, Government of India to provide direct pensions to accounts of pensioners, leveraging modern technology.

Objective of CPMS Portal
The motive of the Department of Telecommunication, Government of India behind launching this system is to provide Paperless, Cashless and Faceless services to pensioners. By using this system, the authorities are going to transfer the pension amount directly to the accounts of pensioners. It will reduce the delay in pension distribution and bring transparency to the pension distribution system.

Procedure to Register on Sampann Pension Management System
To register yourself you have to follow the below-mentioned steps
- First of all, Telecom Department pensioners or workers have to submit the offline form along with documents to the concerned department
- If you find eligible and your all documents are complete then the Telecom Department will add you to the portal and create your registration
- You will receive an SMS on your mobile number or email which you have provided in your application, containing the login ID and password
Procedure To Register For Family /Migrated Pensioners
- To register for family /migrated pensioners you have to go to the official website of Sampann Pension Management System
- On the home page of the portal, you will see a login option in the menu bar
- Click the option and a login window will open on the screen
- Now choose the “Create Login For Family /Migrated Pensioners” option
- A new page will open on the screen, enter the following details
- PPO No.
- DOB
- Captcha code
- Press generate OTP option and you will get an SMS
- Now, enter the OTP and press the verify option
- Follow the screen and complete the information
- Submit the form and your login has been created. A message will show on the screen.

- To log in you have to go to the official website of Sampann Pension Management System
- On the home page of the portal, you will see a login option in the menu bar
- Click the option and a login window will open on the screen
- Enter your username, password, and captcha code in the given space
- Press the login option and your user dashboard will option on the screen
Retrieve Your Password
- To recover your password, you have to the official website of Sampann Pension Management System
- On the home page of the portal, you will see a login option in the menu bar
- Click the option and a login window will open on the screen
- Now choose the “forgot password?” option from there
- A new page will open on the screen, enter your user name and captcha code
- Choose to generate the OTP option and you will get an sms

- Captcha
- Press submit button and you will see your PPO No on the screen
