  • Employees who have already borrowed money from their salary account are not qualified for sabbatical leave.
  • Any government employee who is a part of the All India Service or serving a state government on deputation from the central government, other state governments, PSUs, boards, or centrally sponsored schemes would not be eligible for the program.
  • Employees with open or unresolved departmental inquiry or vigilance proceedings against them, or those who have been suspended, will not be eligible until those issues are resolved.
