YSR Vahana Mitra 2024
The fourth phase of the program for the state’s taxi, cab, and auto drivers has been announced by the YSR Government. This time, the program intends to assist all such drivers who are struggling with unemployment and financial difficulties as a result of the ongoing state of lockdown in the nation. All owners and drivers of such cars whose primary occupation is driving will be covered by the plan. The ward and village secretaries will oversee the entirety of the application procedure.

Eligibility Criteria for YSR Vahana Mitra
The eligibility criteria for scheme are as follows:
- The applicant must reside in the state of Andhra Pradesh permanently.
- The applicant must be at least 18 years old to qualify to receive benefits under the program
- The applicant for the scheme must meet the criteria for the Below Poverty Line category.
- The applicant should have his or her name listed on a White Ration Card.
- The applicant must hold a Meeseva Integrated Certificate.
- The applicant must operate one of the mentioned vehicles, such as an autorickshaw, cab, or taxi.

To check the beneficiary list, applicants need to follow the below-given steps:

- Click on the Online Application for Financial Assistance to Owner Cum Driver w.r.t. Auto / Taxi / Cab Vehicles link

- Select the Beneficiary List option
- After that, a PDF will open on the screen with the name of all the beneficiaries selected for the scheme for the current year

Steps to Apply for YSR Vahana Mitra Offline
There is also an offline version of the Vahana Mitra application. The Andhra Pradesh Transport Department also handles offline applications. If a candidate is unable to submit an online application for the program, they may still do so offline. To apply offline, candidates need to follow the below-given steps:
- First of all, applicants must obtain the application through the Navasakam Scheme website, e-Seva centers, Community Service Centers (CSCs), or MeeSeva centers, download it, and take out its printout.
- Now, fill in the form with all the required details like the applicant’s name, Ration Card Number (White) or BPL number, Aadhar number, address information, caste information, vehicle information, bank information, and driving license information, etc
- After that, attach all the necessary supporting documents
- To the Village/ Ward Volunteers, send the application and all supporting documentation. The Village Secretaries can also receive the application
- Finally, submit the application and the documents to the Village or Ward Volunteers or submit the application to the Village Secretaries
