Keralotsavam 2023:- This program will be organized by the Kerala State Youth Welfare Board in collaboration with the local self-government bodies. The program will be organized from Gram Panchayat to State level this year as well. The primary level competitions will be organized separately as Gram Panchayat, Municipality corporation. The local self-government bodies will be responsible for the smooth organization of the Kerala Festival.
The winners of Gram Panchayat competitions can compete at block level later on. The block level winners can compete at district level. Municipal and Corporation level winners can directly compete in districts. At last the district level competition winners can participate in Keralotsavam 2023.

Important Dates For Keralotsavam 2023
The government of Kerala has decided to organize this program all over the state on different dates. The program will commence on 1st October to November 30. The program will be commenced on 1st October to 15 October at Gram Panchayat level, and from 16th to 31st October in municipal corporations. The state level competition will be held on between 16thand 30thNovember.
