National Scholarship Portal AICTE Scheme

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is a statutory agency that acts under the Ministry of Human Resource Development’s Department of Higher Education. Required Documents to Apply for NSP

Students must provide certain documents to complete the application procedure when applying for any scholarship on NSP. Students are not required to upload any documents if the scholarship amount is less than INR 50,000. They must send a copy of the documents to their schools/colleges/institutes. Students should maintain the following documentation on available for all additional scholarships:

• Bank Passbook
• Educational documents
• Aadhaar number
• Domicile Certificate (as specified in the respective scholarship guidelines)
• Income Certificate (as specified in the respective scholarship guidelines)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Bonafide student certificate from school/institute (if the institute/school is different from the domicile state of the applicant)

National Scholarship Portal Registration

To continue to benefit from the above-mentioned scholarships, you must first register on NSP via Student Login. Students must, however, ensure that their present educational institution is registered on the portal before applying for a scholarship. The student will not be able to apply for any scholarships if the institution is not listed on the portal. The webpage also allows institutions to register themselves if they haven’t already done so. What is the procedure for applying for a scholarship? Well! Here’s a step-by-step guide to applying for an NSP scholarship using the National Scholarship Portal.

• To register, all new users must go to the National Scholarship Portal’s home page.

• Select ‘New Registration’.
• A page with NSP Registration Guidelines will appear.

• Carefully read the instructions.
• To continue, click ‘Continue.’
• Fill in all of the needed information.
• Select ‘Register’.
• On your registered mobile number, you will receive a student application ID and password.

Do National Scholarship Portal Login

• To begin the scholarship application, click the login button.
• Enter the app ID and password sent to your registered phone number.

Make a new password (A mandatory step)

• You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number once you have successfully logged in.
• Check the OTP.
• You’ll be taken to a page where you can change your password.
• Continue after changing the password.

Log in to your dashboard

• You will be routed to the Applicant’s Dashboard Page once the password has been updated.
• To begin the application, click on ‘Application Form.’
• Fill in all registration information, academic information, and basic information.
• ‘Save & Continue’ should be selected.
• Add your contact information, scheme details, and any required documentation.
• Select ‘Save as Draft’ (To confirm if you have entered correct information)
• Once you’ve confirmed everything, click the ‘Final Submit’ button.

Note: Once an application has been submitted, it cannot be changed. As a result, applicants are urged to double-check their information before clicking on final submit, as no changes will be accepted after that.

• To keep track of your application, go to the National Scholarship Portal’s official website.
• Go to the “login” option on the portal’s home page, and a drop-down list will appear.
• The login page will appear when you select the Fresh/Renewal Login option and the academic year.
• Fill out the application form using your login information.

How to Recover a Password on National Scholarship Portal

• To recover your password, go to the National Scholarship Portal’s official website.

• When you press the button, a new page will appear, where you must select the “forget password” option.
• Enter the application ID and captcha code, then select the next button.

How to Recover Your Application ID on National Scholarship Portal

• You must first open the National Scholarship Portal in order to recover your Application ID.
• You must go to the “login” option from the portal’s home page.
• Choose one of the options from the drop-down menu that best fits your needs.
• As soon as you press the button, a new page will appear, where you must select the “Forget application id” option.
• Choose from the options “search by bank account” or “search by registered mobile number.”

• You must go to the National Scholarship Portal to seek for Institutes/Schools/ITIs that have registered with NSP.

• When you select Get Institution List, information will appear on the screen.

• To submit a renewal application, go to the National Scholarship Portal’s official website.
• Go to the “login” option on the portal’s home page, and a drop-down list will appear.
• Select the renewal login option along with the academic year, and the NSP Login page will appear on the screen. 

• Enter your login information, including your application ID, password, and captcha code.
• When you click the login button, the applicant’s dashboard will appear.
• Fill out the renewal application form after selecting the renewal option.
