New YEIDA Plot Scheme Introduced for 2023

On December 28, the Noida Authority’s 2,08th board meeting decided to introduce a new scheme. In order to meet the increased demand for housing units, the Noida Authority on January 2 began a scheme for the sale of LIG, MIG, and HIG residential apartments in various Noida sectors. LIG stands for low-income group, MIG for middle-income group, and HIG for the high-income group, accordingly. People can apply for the program till January 31. How to Apply for the Scheme?

Individuals may either obtain the application form from any State Bank of India branch or download it from the Authority’s website, (SBI). People who receive the form from SBI must turn it in at that specific branch. For more information, including specifics on the plots and terms and conditions, homebuyers can also obtain brochures of the project from the Noida Authority’s website or pick them up at the Authority’s office in Sector 6 Noida. Yeida started the program on September 7 and plans to hold the lottery for allocation on November 8. According to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida), the plot scheme’s requirements had been modified on Monday to favor the applicants that had already submitted applications for the 400 available plots. 54,195 applicants in all have collected the pamphlets for the program, and 31,150 have already paid the money.  

In case they win the plots in the lucky draw, candidates who have previously filed for the plot program can now modify their payment method.
