The Government has provided a WhatsApp number 8147500500 to which the Chatbot is linked. Users have to send their details to the WhatsApp number, then the Chatbot will assist and guide the user to complete the application process.

After that Chatbot transfers all the applications to Karnataka One Bangalore One and Grama One offices, where these applications are checked. As per sources about 7 lakh applications have been received via Chatbot. This program was one of the five election pledges made by the Congress party during the Karnataka assembly campaign.
