Beginning this Friday, residents over 75 can ride Maharashtra’s buses for free. The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation published a statement regarding this (MSRTC). Shekhar Channe, vice chairman, and general manager of the state-run transportation organization is quoted by the MSRDC as saying that customers qualified for this free travel program will receive a fare refund if they purchased their tickets before August 26. MSRTC Free Travel Scheme Benefits
- It said that passengers between the ages of 65 and 75 would receive a 50% discount on ticket prices for all bus services run by the venture.
